The End of Life for the Classic VPN service in EU-DE has been extended until January 31, 2026. After that date, the service will be permanently discontinued.
How does this affect you as a customer?
- If you are using the Classic VPN in EU-DE, migration to the Enterprise VPN is required by January 31, 2026.
- Please note that starting December 1, 2025, we will provide only limited support for the Classic VPN. Existing connections will remain functional until January 31, 2026.
- If you are already using our Enterprise VPN, no action is required on your part.
- A detailed migration guide can be found in our Community Portal.
- The migration may cause a service interruption, which usually lasts only a few minutes.
