With IAM's granular access permissions, you can restrict access at action level and thus implement the least-access principle in a more granular way to improve the security level of your cloud environment.
Release of the new version 2.6 of the IAM service with new features such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) for critical actions.

Support of the authentication protocol OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Cloud Backup & Recovery Service (CBR) now supports the IAM fine-grained policies that enables you to assign specific action rights of the CBR Service to your administrators.
Bucket URLs can now also be linked to individual domains. This makes it possible that e.g. static websites hosted on Object Storage Service can directly be accessed via your custom domain.
