What solution do you offer?

We offer cloud-based software that helps our customers to make digital business processes more efficient and more scalable. With the help of our Linkando Playbooks, companies can improve external communication with their customers and prospective customers, and increase their sales success in the long term. 

What challenges do your customers have?

Companies often face the challenge that not all customer-facing employees know their own products and solutions equally well or are equally able to sell or recommend them to the customers, because staff changes or frequent changes in the solutions mean experience or routine is lacking. This results in less efficiency in sales and services. With our solution, you can help your sales and service teams to standardize sales processes and procedures, to establish in-house knowledge management with regard to tried-and-tested procedures, and to scale their sales activities by replicating tried-and-tested methods and applying them to teams and members.   

What is your unique selling point (USP)?

Our software is seamlessly integrated in the Zoom X One platform (meetings, webinars, and telephony) and helps sales and service-oriented organizations to make their digital business processes more efficient and more scalable.

Our solution is the ideal enhancement to Zoom X from Deutsche Telekom, as it is seamlessly integrated in the communication in video meetings or telephone calls. The combination of Linkando and Zoom X enables its users to digitize and scale external customer communication, and to make internal collaboration more efficient As a TechBoost startup, we are in exactly the right place to participate in joint communication with Telekom and market our joint solution effectively. In addition, thanks to the professional support, participation in TechBoost enables us to quickly adapt our solution to the Open Telekom Cloud.

In general, we opted for the Open Telekom Cloud because we were impressed by the data security, compliance with GDPR, and the service provided by Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems.

What do you have planned for the future?

We plan to continuously expand our functions for Deutsche Telekom customers, in conjunction with Zoom X One powered by Telekom. For the future, there is also the possibility of an expansion to cover further solutions from Telekom’s Magenta Business Collaboration Portfolio.
