Cloud Container Engine Turbo (CCE Turbo) is released in EU-NL region

Following the general release of the next generation cloud container engine CCE Turbo in Germany (EU-DE), CCE Turbo is now also available in the Netherlands (EU-NL).

The supported ECS flavors in EU-NL can now be used as worker nodes in CCE Turbo now. Enjoy the Kubernetes (K8s) platform with Cloud Native 2.0 Network in both regions on OTC.
