CSS offers Opensearch 2.11 for EU-DE as alternative to 
Elasticsearch

Opensearch version 2.11 is now available in EU-DE and can be used with new CSS instances.

Please kindly visit Opensearch Release Notes for Version 2.11 to get more information about functionalities.

Before you start the deployment of OpenSearch 2.11 please verify if you already have in the IAM Agency called css_obs_agency the OBS Administrator permission as follow:

1)  Open IAM Services -> Agencies and search for css_obs_agency

Than verify that you have OBS Administrator permissions, otherwise add this permissions by selecting “Authorize” and select OBS Administrator to add this to the css_obs_agency 

This will fix the already know –  BUG: CSS.0031 : The object already exists. (The css_obs_agency already exists. Please check the agency permission.) that appears when you select Automatically Create IAM Agency
