New image fedora 38 available.
The image is available in IMS public images pool.

For an easier first login on OTC Console image is prepared with an
default user:
- linux
To login with default user on OTC console use the random generated password listed on OTC console itself or set an own one.
Random generated password only can be used on OTC console to login.
